Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order directly through the link provided in the email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.


Customs & Duties

Tisphera ships internationally and all applicable import duties and taxes are included in your order total. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.


Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hello@tisphera.com. We will investigate with the carrier and, if confirmed lost, we will resend your order or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Tisphera is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to make the correction before dispatch.
